As of the 12th December 2023 our Evington Surgery phone number has changed. Evington Surgery’s new number is 0116 216 5843. If you are a patient at our branch surgery please make sure to update this in your phone as our old number is now out of use.
For St Elizabeth’s Medical Centre patients the contact number has not changed.
